Simplivity has introduced the OmniCube CN-2200. The CN-2200 is an upgraded replacement for the CN-2000. This new device offers broader scalability and starts at a lower price point. Pricing for the CN2200 starts around $30,0000 (single 8 core, 128GB RAM, 8X1TB HDD, 2x400GB SSD) up to around $70,000 (dual 12 cores, 384GB RAM, 8X1TB HDD, 2x400GB SSD) not including support.
Specifications
The CN-2200 gives more scalability at a reduced price point while providing high compute and memory. It offers an economical hyperconverged infrastructure solution for use in remote office or virtual desktop (VDI). For customers that are already running one or more CN-2000s, they can run CN-2200 systems in the same vSphere cluster with existing CN-2000 nodes.
